About me
Hi, I’m Erin—and I’m lucky enough to call myself Co-Agent here at JKL Real Estate. With 20 years in hospitality and over two years in the property game, I’ve built my career on creating genuine connections and delivering standout service (with a healthy dose of heart).
These days, I work closely with our powerhouse Lead Agent Carlie Basham. Supporting her and her incredible client base while growing my own has been such a rewarding journey. Carlie’s market knowledge is next-level, and she leads with both professionalism and personality—qualities I admire and mirror in my own work.
A big highlight? Being named a Leaders Choice award winner at JKL. But honestly, the best part of the job is collaborating with our all-star sales team to get the absolute best results for our clients. It’s one big team effort—always.
Outside the office, you’ll probably find me soaking up the sun at one of our beautiful local beaches or testing my reflexes on the touch footy field (spoiler alert: it’s a work in progress!). Whether I’m helping buyers, sellers or supporting the team, I believe in making every interaction feel just like family.
